What Are You Thankful For?

We try to not take for granted all the blessings in our lives, but when things get busy, it's sometimes easy to forget just  how fortunate we are.

I'm thankful for

my wonderful, loving, and hard-working husband,

our sweet, happy, healthy, smart, funny toddler,
a fabulous family (my parents, brothers, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephew, mother-in-law, aunts, uncles, grandmothers, cousins, etc),

living on a beautiful island, where we get to see the most spectacular sunsets,
our farm (which sometimes drives me crazy, but also gives us enjoyment, fresh food, lots of outdoor activity, and our livelihood),

being able to be outdoors,
being able to enjoy our lives and our family as much as we do,
being able to share all of these riches with our toddler.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends and family.

hi c - happy belated thanksgiving day to you and your family.

i am thankful for having a great family and being in relatively good health. after the crap i went through three years ago, i am so thankful things have improved so much! i am also thankful for the friendships i've made over the years...

And a Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

I am envious of you and your country having this wonderful celebration. I don't think that we in New Zealand spend enough time pausing to consider what we have to be thankful for.

This is especially true at the moment when we are in the middle of a disaster happening along our beautiful coastline. A ship has gone aground and oil is drifting onto our beaches.

Until now many people have taken our coastal areas for granted.

Hubby and I talk about your visit often and hope we can see you guys again sometime soon-ish :) xoxo

Hello, dear friend! Yes, you are right. Many don't take enough time to pause and be thankful for what we have.

I heard the sad news of what is happening to your beautiful coastline. I think of you and your beautiful NZ often. xo
