Nothing Says Exciting Like Fisher-Price! #FisherPriceMoms
One of the greatest things about being a parent is being able to see our children grow, hit milestones, discover new things, and develop into full on talking, walking, thinking, decision-making, joke-telling, caring, thoughtful, ever so busy and active human beings!
This past month we've seen one milestone after another with Little One. She entered Junior Kindergarten a few weeks ago, took the school bus on her own for the first time, started doing her 'bathroom routine' independently (yes, that was my polite way of saying she now knows how to wipe her bum after she goes to the bathroom), and she's gotten really chatty and into the world of make-believe! It's such a fun and incredible age!
What's even more fun is that Fisher-Price has been with us through every milestone Little One has hit since birth.
In the past month, Fisher-Price surprised us with this!
The Little People® Disney® Princess Songs Palace provides endless hours of fun! Little One is really into Disney princesses and make-believe fun. She loves creating her own little stories and scenarios. Our almost four year old was amazed by the songs, phrases, and the spinning dance floor!
Little One is also a big Dora fan. Surprise, surprise. Her room is filled with Dora everything, so when she saw her new Dora doll that could *gasp* "do gymnastics like meeeeeeee!", she was so excited! Little One was doing gymnastics right along with Dora! It was so cute! "Look, Mommy! We're exercising! We're doing our balance!"
Fantastic Gymnastics Dora magically performs four complete floor routines all on her own. She can do everything from handstands, splits, backbends and more! My little one loves that Dora speaks to her in English and in Spanish!
What's even cuter was Little One saying, *gasp* "Mommy! Dora and I look like TWINS!"
The truth is, they do kind of look alike! It must be the haircut.
I think Little One's absolute favourite thing is the Servin’ Surprises™ Kitchen & Table! She loves to make, serve, share, pretend, and sing with this toy. It is the best thing on earth, as far as I'm concerned. It keeps her occupied and having fun. I was amazed to see how into role playing she is now. The laughter and singing coming from her toy room just make me smile. It's really heart-warming to hear her say, "Mommy, I made you some cookies! Want me to make you some tea? Let's have a tea party!"
Hours of fun, I tell you!
The Kitchen & Table is a kitchen AND a table all in one! It comes with kitchen utensils, dishes, and food pieces. My daughter and I love how it lights up when cooking and how it "dings" when her food is cooked! What Mommy loves is the fact that there's a storage compartment with a removable lid. Kids can store all the pieces in there, making clean up super easy! Have I mentioned how much we both love this toy?
Like I said, there is no greater joy than seeing my Little One grow and learn...and have fun doing just that! The laughter and smiles are priceless! Thank you, Fisher-Price!

Little One wasn't quite sure of what to think when she saw these huge boxes waiting for her.
I'm always in awe of just how well Fisher-Price knows little ones. The selection they sent us was PERFECT! I'm not just talking about the toys being age appropriate, but they seemed as though they were made for Little One. About the Blog Author
City girl moves to the country, falls in love, and marries a farmer. She tries to incorporate her city ways with her new country lifestyle and blogs to keep in touch with friends, family & students who live far, far away :) Can this city girl go country? Watch as she learns all sorts of exciting things about life on the farm and in a small rural community. *UPDATE* We are now parents! Our baby girl was born on Nov. 11, 2008 (at 28 weeks gestation- 12 weeks premature, but she's quite the trooper)!!!

That Kitchen & Table looks like a blast.
Those toys look like too much fun. I always love Dora because my second daughter looked just like her when we was 4... adorable. Fisher Price is a great company to share their toys - Congrats.
So FUN! Looks like it's been a PLAYFUL year of Fisher Price! We love their toys! Thanks for sharing! LO is adorable!
looks like some fun girly toys there!
I'm not going to lie, I am extremely jealous! I think it's time to start a #FisherPriceDads campaign!!! :P
I've said this before and I'm going to say it again, LO is completely darling. I just want to scoop that girlie up and snuggle her. She plays so nicely with her toys.
