Flashback Friday

There was a time when I actually thought I'd marry Jani Lane! Luuuuuuuuuv! I miss my high school days.

I'm sure when Little One gets older she will think her Mama had poor taste in men. C'mon...You don't think the big hair and the tight pants were hawwwwt?

Unlike my lovely friend, Jeanna at Wisconsin Candy Dish, I've never been to a sock hop! ;) However, I begrudgingly admit that I also liked the Carpenters. I blame my Mom that. :)

OMG, C.! I'm in a stuffy room full of nerds (not the candy) and one of them is passing gas so I'm breathing out of my nose and laughing at the same time. Dripping nose, trying not to breath in nerd gas and reading your post and gasping for air.

Okay, still breathing through my nose, but at present being ignored (or so I think, hard to tell am blasting Deaf Peds Yuppie Scum Mantra on my dog beaten Sansa Clip). (My cousin's dog actually pounced on the thing and broke the clip.)
So the music is almost suitable and I'd be pelted with copies of Oracle and SQL Server manuals if I played Warrant. Warrant, isn't that what the dork kid had on his t-shirt in Beavis and Butthead? ROTLFLMAO. I need another pair of ears.
Oh man, I was in highschool in the mid-seventies, but we were so lame we had sock hops. Like I said, Catholic school. I cannot explain my obession with the Carpenters.

HAHAHA! Oh my gosh! You make me laugh! LOL! WINGER!!!

Still laughing at sock hops and Carpenters...and Catholic school. Did you have to wear a uniform and did the nuns smack your hand with a ruler if you misbehaved? Just asking, because that's what they did to my Mom! LOL!
