Tonight is the Night!!!

Come listen to the Island Singers tonight in Little Current. You know you want to! :) If you miss tonight's concert, you can always make it to tomorrow's concert in Mindemoya!

Here's a clip I found on YouTube. We'll be singing Deck The Nutcracker Hall too. This version is a little different from ours. Ours is less staccato than this one. Enjoy the video!

FYI: The video isn't of The Island Singers. This is from the Ray-Pec Concert Choir.

Must dash. I need to get ready. I practiced my music already this afternoon. I think it was a mistake to have started painting the wall in the hallway yesterday, because my throat is sore. Silly me. The hallway looks much brighter now though! :)

I know :) Thanks anyway! That 6 hr drive is a lot easier to do in the spring and summer, isn't it?! :)

It is kind of neat, isn't it? One of the ESL students we had with us last year commented on how he never realized how all the voices in the choir were like musical instruments. He said that he never thought to put voices right up there in the same category as the piano and flute. He was impressed.

Jeanna:
Thanks! :) We had a good time last night.
