About the Blog Author
City girl moves to the country, falls in love, and marries a farmer. She tries to incorporate her city ways with her new country lifestyle and blogs to keep in touch with friends, family & students who live far, far away :) Can this city girl go country? Watch as she learns all sorts of exciting things about life on the farm and in a small rural community. *UPDATE* We are now parents! Our baby girl was born on Nov. 11, 2008 (at 28 weeks gestation- 12 weeks premature, but she's quite the trooper)!!!

Politicians need to have a thick skin...
Sidney:
So true! Thanks for popping by and leaving me a comment. I'm off to check out your blog now :)
I have been LOVING Tina Fey as Palin. Offensive? Nah. Thick skin is indeed a good idea.
As soon as I saw Sarah Palin, I thought, well, one good thing is Tina Fey is going to do a heck of a job. ;) That will be our sad consolation prize if McSame wins.
You can go to NBC.com and see more...
J:
You are so right. Tina Fey has been doing such a great job as Palin! I was cracking up throughout the video. I don't think it's offensive either. Funny, yes!
I wonder what Jimmy thinks of this :) Kinda surprised he hasn't commented yet! ;)
Thanks for the NBC.com heads up! I'm off to check it out. Hmmm...Maybe bed rest won't be that bad after all!
I LOVED this, I think Tina does a better Palin than Palin (did you see it last weekend? OMG!!!). She's who I thought of the first time I saw Palin, it was too funny!
Karen:
Tina Fey cracks me up! I laughed so hard, I was afraid I was going to go into premature labour! No, seriously! I really laughed so hard, it felt like I was going to shoot this baby out of me!

I'm cryin' in my beer! Yes, Tina Fey does a great impersonation, but Palin is so much prettier than Tina ever thought about being.
Heck, Opie, Andy and the Fonz have ventured over to the dark side:(

Ahhhh! I've been waiting to see what you'd say! ;)
Long time listener first time caller.
Am convinced Palin got her look from Tina Fey. Fey is gorgeous inside and out, Palin, well a conservative poser by any other name.
All hail the Fey!
