Rock Band Album Cover

IF I *WAS IN A ROCK BAND, THIS WOULD BE MY ALBUM COVER.

1 - Go to "wikipedia." Hit “random”
or click http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The first random wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.

2 - Go to "Random quotations"
or click http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.

3 - Go to flickr and click on “explore the last seven days”
or click http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days
Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.

4 - Use photoshop or similar to put it all together.

5 - Post it with this text in the "caption" and TAG the friends you want to join in. I'm not tagging anyone, but try it out if you want to. It's hilarious what you can come up with...and it's so random!

*The original meme has "If I was in a rock band". Grrrrr! It should be "If I were in a rock band"!!! C'mon people! Please! Correct usage of Type 2 Conditionals!!!
Aside from my annoyance at that horrible grammar gaffe, isn't this a fun meme? How funny is it that my band name is Doodle and my album name is Slave to Pen and Ink!?!?

I like your rock album cover! Too funny.

Little one is so cute sitting there with the candies. She has grown so fast...I'll bet she changes every day.

The were/was issue is funny. Here in the Missouri Ozarks I have had to zip my lip about grammar abuse; I'd go nuts if I tried to correct all of it. The one that drives me nuts the worst is "seen" instead of "saw;" "I seen him coming." ARGHHH!!!!

You can email me at rebeccadelani@hotmail.com

I know I have your email addy somewhere, but can't find it at the moment.

That is hilarious, C, and I think it's even funnier that they made that grammatical gaffe with you LOL!

Oh my goodness! Around here, people say "I seen him" too! GAH!!! I try to bite my tongue, and Hubby thinks it's hilarious when he sees me wincing whenever I hear things like that!

I was pretty shocked that I got "Doodle" and "Slave to Pen and Ink"! Totally random, but totally fitting! I think you should give it a go and see what you come up with! :)

Oh, Rebecca! I'll shoot you off an e-mail in the morning :) XO

J:
LOVE yours! I was tagged by my cousin on FB for this, but didn't get around to doing it for over a week. I saw the one you did and thought it was fun!

Karen:
I bet if you did one, it would be super cool. You'd get something either totally retro 80s or Body Jam worthy! :)

If I weren't so bleary eyed, I would. Great fun though and will do so and put it up and let you know.
Kisses from south of you.
I may have to print your LO picture and put it up somewheres.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet!!! Actually, I have a photo to send you (not of the one I used for LO's shout out to you though). I just put it in that package that still hasn't been sent off. How many times have I said I was going to send it already? Gah! Sorry! I suck! I seriously need to get my act together and just send it. I don't know why going to the post office has been something I've been so slack with these days. Okay, THIS week. Promise!
