New Year and always.
My amaryllis finally opened up...just in time for the new year! Notice there's absolutely no snow outside?? It actually makes me worried that we have no snow in January! I wonder if this is the calm before the storm or if we're just going to have a green winter? Somehow the idea of there being a green winter in Canada just seems so wrong.
Here's Hubby's and my first photo of the new year. It was taken at midnight as we were all celebrating with loved ones and welcoming 2007. Excuse the poor quality. Again, this was taken with my phone cam and I was exhausted. I really can't do late nights anymore!!! LOL

happy new year to the newlyweds. miss spending new years with you chris. maybe we should spend new years on the island sometime. we'll need a few days or even a week to maximize our time up there.
