I Really Wanted To

...attend BlogHer '09 in Chicago this year. KarenMEG is going. She's one of the coolest gals around. She's so funny! In person she is even more hilarious than on her blog...and she's pretty darn funny on her blog! Momisodes is going. So many fabulous bloggers are going.

I had my heart set on going, but with a new-ish baby it isn't gonna happen. This said, I'm doing this instead!

It's not going to be the same as actually being at BlogHer in the flesh, but it's the next best thing. Thanks to the gals @ http://www.blogherathome.com for coming up with this fab idea for all of us who won't be able to make it to the event!

But if you went to Chicago, you may have to drive in Chicago.

Can't WAIT to have you join us for BlogHer@Home! Thanks for the post!!

And your post actually gave me a great idea (you rock!). I'm going to create a post on www.blogherathome.com and link to everyone who's planning on attending so we can check out people's blogs. Thanks!

Renesmee is stretching it, C., but since I watched Twilight last night at least I know what you're talking about.

AWESOME! I was just thinking of how neat it would be to have a list of all the bloggers (errmmm...BlogHers!) who will be joining in for BlogHer@Home! Looking forward to it! :)

About the Blog Author

City girl moves to the country, falls in love, and marries a farmer. She tries to incorporate her city ways with her new country lifestyle and blogs to keep in touch with friends, family & students who live far, far away :) Can this city girl go country? Watch as she learns all sorts of exciting things about life on the farm and in a small rural community. *UPDATE* We are now parents! Our baby girl was born on Nov. 11, 2008 (at 28 weeks gestation- 12 weeks premature, but she's quite the trooper)!!!
