Every New Year's Eve, I make New Year's resolutions. I resolve to be more patient, to listen more and speak less, to exercise more...and, by the time April and May come around, my resolutions have already been put on the backburner.

I resolved to not resolve. That's right... I don't make resolutions. Rather I set goals for myself this year. I find goals keep me motivated and in the mindset to achieve them. My goal this year was to start living a healthier and more active lifestyle, so that is what I'm working hard to do/.
