Oh wow, it looks like you had a beautiful trip! Love the picture of your daughter looking out the window of the plane; I STILL do that! lol

Tara:
Thank you :) It *was* quite the adventure! Though Little One is only 3, I think this is possibly one of the greatest gifts we were able to give her...to explore the world and new cultures!

Love the variety of photos. Many memories for your little one. {hugs}
Thanks for the linky :)

Kat:
It was indeed beautiful. Well, the time not spent in the hospital with grandma was a joyful time. I wonder what Little One was thinking as she peered out the airplane window? Interesting to think about what goes on in the minds of 3 year olds!

Mommy Moment:
Thanks!! There were so many things to take photos of while we were in the Philippines. Still, photos cannot seem to do the experience as a whole any justice!

Oh, I love the pearls!

Unknown said...

Jen:
Me too!!! I was never really a pearl kinda girl, but when I was in the Philippines I picked some up for a friend (at her request) and ended up getting some for myself too! They are SO cheap in the Philippines. I had no idea that the Philippines is famous for their pearls! Love them!!!

Thanks for sharing! :)

Lisa Marie:
Awww! Thanks so much!! It was kind of neat seeing her look out the window. I seriously wonder what was going on in her mind seeing us fly through the clouds like that! :)

I'm really glad I was able to bring my daughter to the Philippines. I had traveled to over 11 countries, 20 something US states, only 4 Cdn provinces by the time I was 25. I really want my daughter to be able to experience the world like I did and sort of got worried about that since my husband is a farmer. Owning a farm = no holidays or vacations. :(
