MORE!!!

Because you asked for it!!! Here are more photos of Little One without her CPAP on today.
It amazes me to see her change each and every day. I cannot believe how different she looks every day! She's getting chubbier and her features are changing. She still has her Daddy's brown hair, but unfortunately she has her Mommy's nose! Poor thing! ;)
It's amazing to see that C + Hubby = Little One.

I wonder what she will look like when she gets older.

HAHAHA!!! OMG! When I saw her nose this week, I said "Oh, no! She's got a Filipino nose!" and the nurses started laughing. I didn't realize I said it out loud! The nurse who had her that day was Filipina and she said, "Mommy! Don't say things like that! She has a cute nose!" LOL! She is cute...so is her nose! ;)

I thought of you today when I read a letter from a friend who lives in a far part of the country. Her daughter born way prematurely has just gotten her permit to drive.

Hey there!! She is looking so amazing and she looks huge!!!!! She has changed so much!! I bet they will let you go home earlier, maybe they could even move her to a closer hospital until she is totally ready to go home. At any rate, it won't be long until you are back on the Island all together again. And her nose is adorable!!
Hugs,
Ellie

That is amazing!! I love hearing stories like that! It is really encouraging! How many weeks premature was your friend's daughter born?

Veronica:
Incredible, isn't it? I was just looking at photos of her when she was just born (just minutes old) and she looks sooooooo different! Crazy!

That's what we're hoping for. The nurse already started asking me where the closest level 2 hospital is to us in case she gets a transfer.

Can you e-mail me your tel# again? I have it in my phone book/address book...AT HOME on the Island! LOL! I guess that's also one of the reasons I haven't sent out Christmas or thank you cards. That and being busy at the hospital with the baby all the time!
