Wordless Wednesday - Definitely Her Mother's Daughter
She's definitely her Mama's daughter! As a kid, I've always noticed this tiny "beauty mark" just above my wrist. Ha! Beauty mark! That's probably a euphemism for "mole" because a mole or a birthmark just sounds so unsightly! Anyway, I always thought it was special and different. It's just a pretty little dot near my wrist. Look! Little One has one on the exact same spot as mine on her arm! I was so shocked! The same little dot and on the same spot!
She told me, "Mama. We're so connected."
Cute!
Do you have any special, odd, quirky connections to your kids?
This post is supposed to be a Wordless Wednesday post. As you can see, it's not that wordless :)
Feel free to link up your Wordless Wednesday posts here! We love to follow and comment!

About the Blog Author
City girl moves to the country, falls in love, and marries a farmer. She tries to incorporate her city ways with her new country lifestyle and blogs to keep in touch with friends, family & students who live far, far away :) Can this city girl go country? Watch as she learns all sorts of exciting things about life on the farm and in a small rural community. *UPDATE* We are now parents! Our baby girl was born on Nov. 11, 2008 (at 28 weeks gestation- 12 weeks premature, but she's quite the trooper)!!!

That is so neat, I've never noticed anything like this before with my daughter but I'll be checking now!
That is so cute! I love how she says you're connected :) So sweet! Our kids have a lot of our similarities combined and it melts my heart to see :)
My youngest son has a birthmark in between his toes, of all places! And I have a HUGE one on my...ahem...derriere. But I'm still hunting for my oldest son's birthmark!
That is pretty cool! My husband and I are both fair skinned and have our fair share of freckles. Our two year old has one so far and she is so proud of that freckle!
That is special! Love it :)
Aw. That is sweet! My mom and brother and I all have one weird toe that looks almost webbed. Creepy, but you asked!
I think that is awesome. So cute!
That's so special!
Laura:
Isn't it neat? So interesting to see what kinds of traits our kids get from us!
Brandi:
For sure! SO sweet! Neat to see what traits kids get from Mom and Dad. Many people think Little One looks like Hubby's side, but I laugh because I think she looks more Asian!
Kat:
Oooh! Little One has a birthmark on her bum too! LOL! I thought it would disappear. Apparently the kind she has disappears as kids get older. Hers is a kind of bluish mark that is called a "Mongolian birthmark". It should disappear by the time she's a teen, I think.
Shayna:
Awww! Love freckles! Cute!
Mommy Moment
:) It is pretty sweet! She was so excited! She said, "We're twins, Mommy!" LOL!
Paula
:) That is kinda neat! Don't worry...I won't ask you to post it for your next WW post! ;) Love finding out interesting new tidbits about friends! xo
cute! I just noticed one on my boys bum that has never been there before, It's funny how their bodies are always changing on us
What a sweet comment for her to make and how very true!
To my happiness, when she first started to hold crayons, I was thrilled that she was LEFT HANDED just like me. :)
