Mmmmmm...fruit salad!!!

Normally, I don't like to make fruit salads because there's usually more than one serving of fruit involved...which means a heck of a lot of sugar. However, every now and then I just crave all that sweet, juicy, yummy fruit--and boy, have I got a delicious recipe!

You need: 1 large pineapple, ripe
2 Royal Gala apples
2 oranges (I like Sunkist best)
1 cup of blueberries
12 strawberries
20 grapes
(and whatever other fruit you like)

First, halve the pineapple and hollow it. Try to cut the pineapple into chunks.
Cube the apples. Peel and cube the oranges. Halve the strawberries. If the grapes are big, you can halve them too. Place all fruit in a bowl and make sure they soak in the pineapple juice. Mix the fruit concoction so that everything is well coated.
Scoop the fruit and arrange it in the hollowed 'pineapple boats'. They make great center pieces and I guarantee you that whoever eats this fruit salad will want seconds!! ;)
