The PERFECT Shower Weekend

First off, a very special thank you to my wonderful maid of honor for organizing and planning my bridal shower! I know she put A LOT of work into the event and I am so thankful.

Thank you to my mom, aunts, bridesmaids, friends and my cousins' girlfriends for a wonderful time. I love the presents and I'm sure John will too. Thank you again, sooooooo much!!

I will be posting photos as soon as possible. It was great being able to spend time with all my favorite girls!! Thanks to everyone who drove to Toronto from Montreal, London, Kingston, Barrie and elsewhere. You girls are the greatest! I love ya and I realize what a lucky girl I am to have all of you special people in my life. Can't wait to see you all in June at the wedding!

Donna, Sharon, Elisha and Jenny: thanks for the slumber party. I haven't laughed like that in ages!! Sharon, you're a hoot! I never realized how funny you are!

It was great seeing my very good friend, Dina, who looks absolutely stunning! Pregnancy really agrees with you. You look lovely! Jill, you look fab as always! Soooooooo happy to see you. Sel and PJ, let me tell you how surprised (and thrilled) I was to see you two!! I hope my future sister-in-law doesn't think my family is nuts after they witnessed all the crazy things they got up to on Saturday night!! Shhhhhhhhhh! Sel...don't tell your mom! :)

I was also very happy to see a good friend from my college days. Tarah, it was so nice to see you. I'm happy we got to catch up again. Heidi, you and Ivy are awesome. Thanks for coming. Sam, it's been such a long time! It was great spending time with the "Elmhurst girls" again. Can you believe how much has changed since we were living together??

Amy and Mel, you girls rock. My cousins are lucky to have such wonderful girlfriends :)
