It's Yours...For FREE!

I love Kashi cereal.

Kashi cereals are made with seven whole grains and have no artificial preservatives, colours, flavours or sweeteners. Not only are Kashi cereals good for you, but they are DELICIOUS!

Guess what?! You can get some for FREE! Yes, you heard correctly. FREE! Go to their site and grab your free sample of Kashi cereal! Choose from Kashi* Honey Almond Flax Flavour cereal or Kashi* Toasted Berry Crisp cereal.

While you're at the Kashi site, check out their Kashi Snacks! A friend of mine got me hooked on Kashi* Chewy Granola Bars. I LOVE the Cherry Dark Chocolate ones!

They're made with all-natural ingredients. I love that Kashi uses a delicious blend of seven whole grains (red wheat, oats, rye, triticale, barley) and sesame. The tart cherries and semi-sweet chocolate make a surprisingly scrumptious pair.

The granola bars come in four flavours: Seven Whole Grains & Almonds, Peanut Peanut Butter, Cherry Dark Chocolate, and new Trail Mix. Try them out!

Don't forget to go to the Kashi site and get your free cereal!

About the Blog Author

City girl moves to the country, falls in love, and marries a farmer. She tries to incorporate her city ways with her new country lifestyle and blogs to keep in touch with friends, family & students who live far, far away :) Can this city girl go country? Watch as she learns all sorts of exciting things about life on the farm and in a small rural community. *UPDATE* We are now parents! Our baby girl was born on Nov. 11, 2008 (at 28 weeks gestation- 12 weeks premature, but she's quite the trooper)!!!
